GCA Online Tuition Payments
Here are the 4 easy steps to paying your G.C.A. child's tuition or making a tax deductible donation online:
Step 1: If you are a first time user, you will need to create a Profile.
Step 2: Log in, complete any blanks in the form and enter the amount you wish to pay towards tuition and/or donation. Also indicate if you would like to make this a recurring tuition/donation payment.
Step 3: Click “Next.”
Step 4: Finish your transaction by choosing your form of payment, then press “Complete Payment.”
That’s all there is to it. It’s simple and secure. And best of all, you know you’ve helped reach your community for Christ by supporting Glades Christian Academy. Thank you!

Q: Why make online payments?
Making online payments is a convenient way for you to pay your child's tuition. It will allow you to make payments when you choose, and also allows you to set-up reoccurring payments so you will never forget to pay on-time.
Q: What are the the online payment options?
You may give by using a major credit card or by setting up an automatic withdrawal from your checking account (like using an eCheck).
Q: What is a reoccurring donation?
This is similar to a subscription. You can choose how often you want an automatic payment to be made - weekly, every 2 weeks, or monthly.
Q: How can I keep a record of the amount I have contributed?
The G.C.A. staff will continue to provide you with a monthly invoice that will include your amount due and amount paid. At any time, though, you can access your online payment record by clicking “My History” at the top of your profile page.
Q: Are these online payments secure?
We've taken steps to ensure that the payment process is safe and secure from beginning to end. All of your giving data is secured by SSL encryption. SSL is an acronym for "Secure Socket Layer", a security protocol that provides communications privacy over the Internet. It is the same technology used by banks and e-commerce companies such as Amazon.com to keep your information safe and secure during transactions.
Q: Is there any charge to me from my bank to give online?
No. You select the dollar amount for your payment or gift. That is the dollar amount that will be charged to your account.
Q: Who do I talk to if I have more questions?
Call the school office @ 954.755.6405. They will be glad to answer any other questions you may have.
Q: Can I make other types of payments such as pizza, field trips, etc...?
At this time, tuition and donations are the only acceptable payments.
